Negative: Nothing really to dislike so long as you’re okay with sharing the bathroom facilities which caused us no problems
Summary: A very friendly and welcoming place which is a traditional mountain refuge establishment so basic facilities but great f

Positive: Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help me, very clean and comfortable room
Negative: I was walking the Via Spluga and it wasn’t very convenient for my walk but that was not their fault! The food at the restaurant was also good but not exceptional for the price
Summary: A cosy and comfy rifugio with lovely views perfect for visitors with a car!

Positive: Truly the nicest hosts I've ever experienced at a hotel, ever. Also really surprised to see how modern the interior is, given how the exterior looks quite dated. Food was amazing as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay after the climb up the Splugenpass, and all that for a very modest price. 10/10
Summary: Truly amazing customer service
